L\u2019iniziativa ha visto i produttori premiare s\u00e9 stessi mediante una\u00a0<b>disfida olearia<\/b>\u00a0in cui nessuno di loro poteva in alcun modo conoscere l\u2019olio che, di volta in volta, assaggiava. Nello specifico hanno dovuto esprimere una valutazione sul profilo olfattivo e gustativo\/tattile (quindi sulla complessit\u00e0 aromatica, sulla piacevolezza olfattiva, sul fruttato di oliva, su quanto fosse amaro e piccate), ed anche una valutazione complessiva dell\u2019olio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmprfx_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Hanno partecipato alla disfida olearia produttori di olio provenienti da tutta la Calabria<\/b>: Murgia Rosanna di Caccuri (KR), Pasquale Labonia da Caloveto (CS), Arcaverde da Cerchiara di Calabria (CS), Fratelli Renzo da Corigliano-Rossano (CS), Frantoio Acri da Corigliano-Rossano (CS), Enotre da Mesoraca (KR), Olearia San Giorgio da San Giorgio Morgeto (RC), Oleificio Torchia da Tiriolo (CZ), Rotella Domenico da Tiriolo (CZ), Tenuta Librandi Pasquale da Vaccarizzo Albanese (CS), Loredana Sapia da Calopezzati (CS).<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmprfx_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019iniziativa l\u2019azienda Tabat\u00e0, che nasce a Calopezzati dalla\u00a0<b>giovane produttrice Ginevra<\/b>, ha visto il proprio olio\u00a0<b>selezione Cataldo-Tabat\u00e0 tra i 5 oli calabresi \u201cGrande Olio Slow Food\u201d<\/b>. Questo \u00e8 l\u2019ennesimo riconoscimento che arriva per l\u2019olio prodotto da questa giovane donna. Il suo olio \u201cTabat\u00e0\u201d, infatti, \u00e8 stato peraltro\u00a0<b>designato tra le 8 nuove eccellenze italiane, su un totale di 179, \u201cGrande olio slow\u201d dalla prestigiosa Guida Slow food come ci ha raccontato nel suo articolo del Corriere della Sera il giornalista Marco Vassallo.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmprfx_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa selezione Cataldo-Tabat\u00e0 \u2013 scrive Vassallo &#8211; ritenuto un \u201cGran Olio slow\u201d, proviene da un\u2019azienda biologica che coltiva 2500 piante di variet\u00e0 autoctone.
